Prof. Hideaki Shinoda, accompanied by the Chairman of the Foreign Service Academy, Prof. Patrick Maluki, and Ag. Director General, Amb. Patrick Wamoto delivered an insightful guest lecture today at the Foreign Service Academy. Prof. Shinoda, from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, Japan, provided a deep analysis of the strategic importance of the FOIP concept, touching on maritime governance, regional cooperation, and the shifting balance of power in light of rising geopolitical tensions.
