A team from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), led by the CEO, Mr. Geoffrey Monari, paid the Ag. Director General of the FSA a courtesy visit. They discussed ways in which the two institutions can collaborate. FSA & HELB are geared up for a mutually beneficial partnership.
