The Ag. Director General of the Foreign Service Academy, Amb. Patrick Wamoto, accompanied by Undersecretary, Ms. Ndaisi KIPANGA, today, had an engaging discussion with the President/ Academic Dean of the European Business Institute (Luxembourg), Dr. James Mulli.
The discussion focused on partnership between the two institutions in the areas of AI, blockchain, digital governance, cybersecurity and emerging skills for the digital economy and how these can be interlinked with diplomacy.
They also explored technology transfer in the virtual learning environment.
