A delegation from the Foreign Service Academy undertook a benchmarking visit to the National Defence College–Kenya (NDC-K) to engage in discussions on training policy and institutional capacity development.
The visit provided a valuable platform for experience sharing on best practices in training governance, policy formulation, and implementation within a dynamic and evolving learning environment. Key areas of discussion included alignment of training policies with national priorities, integration of strategic leadership development, and approaches to delivering high-impact, future-ready training programmes.
The benchmarking engagement strengthened inter-institutional collaboration and offered practical insights that will inform the continuous improvement of our training policies and delivery models.
