The Director General, Political and Diplomatic Affairs, Amb. Josphat Maikara today officially opened the course on Basic Diplomacy, Protocol and Official Etiquette for senior officials in the public service at L.Naivasha Resort. He also gave a presentation on Kenya’s Foreign Policy and the various roles that MDAs and Counties play in supporting its implementation.

This course which runs for 5 days is aimed at equipping senior government officials at both levels of government (National & County) with knowledge and diplomatic skills to expand their capacity to limit national security vulnerabilities that could result from loosely coordinated Foreign policy actions.

Also present was the Chairman of the FSA Council, Prof. Patrick Maluki and the Ag. DG of the FSA, Amb. Patrick Wamoto.
