H.E. Erika Rodriguez, Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to Kenya, with residence in Pretoria, held a bilateral meeting with the Ag. Director General of the Foreign Service Academy, Amb. Patrick Wamoto and the Chair of the Council of the Foreign Service Academy, Professor Patrick Maluki.
The deliberations focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation in education through the diplomatic academies and universities from both countries.
Kenya and the Dominican Republic recently concluded their inaugural political consultations in which a Memorandum of Understanding in cooperation between the Foreign Service Academy of Kenya and the Institute of Higher Education in Diplomatic and Consular Training of the Dominican Republic was signed.
The parties reaffirmed their commitment to collaborate in the training of their diplomats and in other activities for the mutual benefit of the two countries.
